Exchange

Please note that the product must be unused with the label attached. Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason. Moreover, minor difference in sizes of various products might be there, since these are handcrafted products and do not go through a standardized production line. Such differences will not be considered as a valid reason for return.

We will only exchange  any product(s), if the product(s) received has any kind of defect or wrong product delivered.

Contact our customer service by emailing us images of defected or wrong product at sindhhandicraftspk@gmail.com or WhatsApp at 0331-8877558 within 2 days of product receipt. After our team reviews the product and sends confirmation of acceptance, place it in the original package and courier it to the address provided to you by our team. Upon receipt of product back to us and due inspection & approval, we will ship the replaced product to you without any extra product or shipping cost.

Refunds

Refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases wherein the product is out of stock or no replacement is available with us. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the ‘Return and Exchange Policy’ will apply. SINDH HANDICRAFTS may cancel orders for any reason.
