Exchange

Please note that the product must be unused with the original tags attached. Due to differences in screen displays and lighting during photography, the exact color or texture of the item may vary slightly from what appears on screen; therefore, products cannot be exchanged for color variation. Furthermore, minor size variances, minor imperfections, or washable marks may occur as these are handcrafted by artisan villagers and do not originate from a standardized assembly line. These inherent characteristics of handmade goods are not considered defects or valid grounds for return.

We will gladly process an exchange if the product delivered has a manufacturing defect or if an incorrect item was sent. Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with the product in its original packaging along with the sales invoice.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team by emailing photos of the defective or incorrect item to contact@sindhhandicrafts.com or via WhatsApp at 0331-8877558 within 7 days of receiving the order. Upon review and approval by our team, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner to collect the item from your provided address. Once the returned item is received at our facility, inspected, and verified, a replacement item will be dispatched.

Refunds

A full refund (including original shipping costs) will be issued if a defective or incorrect item was received and a suitable replacement/exchange is unavailable. Refunds are also issued if a prepaid order is placed and the product is out of stock.

Please allow 5 to 7 business days for refund processing to your bank or mobile wallet.

Strictly no refunds or exchanges are provided for change of mind.

Shipping Charges

For errors on our part (such as a defective or incorrect item delivered), all reverse pickup and replacement shipping costs will be fully covered by SINDH HANDICRAFTS. For any authorized exchange, a flat fee of Rs. 400 will apply to cover return courier handling and replacement delivery.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled at any time prior to processing and dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email, and the standard Returns & Exchanges Policy will apply.

SINDH HANDICRAFTS reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch due to stock unavailability or verification issues.
