Delivery within Pakistan

All orders within Pakistan are routed through any of the reputed courier services. All our domestic clients will be provided with a tracking ID when the order is dispatched.

Upon placing an order via Cash on Delivery, you will receive a verification call from our Customer Service to confirm the order. If you fail to verify, your order will be automatically cancelled after 3 days (only applicable to purchases made through ‘Cash on Delivery’ payment method).

Once (Cash on Delivery) order is verified or order is received through different payment method i.e. Debit/ Credit Card Payment, Wallet or Bank Account Transfer, the order will be dispatched within 1 day and will be delivered to you within 1-4 working days. To remote areas, it may take 4 to 8 working days.

Flat shipping is charged at Rs. 150 for orders paid via ‘Cash on Delivery’.

FREE DELIVERY/ FREE SHIPPING for orders paid via Debit/Credit Card, Wallet, or Bank Account.

International Shipping

International orders are routed through DHL or reputed courier services. All our international clients will be provided with a tracking ID when the order is dispatched.

Once the order is received through Card Payment, the order will be dispatched within 1 day and will be delivered to you within 8-10 working days.

International clients will also receive a sales invoice via email and notification of shipment via email.

The shipping charges are calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties.
We ship your package “Duty and Taxes” unpaid, and we do not calculate any local taxes or duties during checkout.
Any fees that are due will be collected on delivery of the order.
Any applicable customs, import and collection fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s).
Taxes and fees are based on many factors, including location, material, item value, etc. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be as customs policies vary widely from country to country.
If your order does require any additional charges, they must be paid by the customer for the package to clear customs.

Note: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your screen resolution, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery.
